To best serve our clients, TCS offers three pricing plans:
- Custom quote after TCS has discussed and evaluated the client's needs. A first time client begins with this plan. Quoted price will be estimated time in hours at $20/hour (see note below).
- Monthly contract - for current clients who know the kind of regular services they need
- Hourly, flat rate - for current clients who only need occasional services
Custom Quote: A custom quote for web page design is usually for the business client who doesn't currently have a web site but desires to have one. A custom quote may also be used for graphics design and desktop publishing. The needs of such clients can vary considerably, and a custom quote is usually the only practical solution. Design of a template page that meets the client's purposes will be one of the more time consuming tasks, and that time can vary according to whether graphics must be created or not, according to the complexity of the page, and according to the complexity of the navigation system. Monthly Contract: Monthly contract clients have a reduced rate for services as specified in a services contract. They have priority over hourly clients when urgent requirements occur.
Hourly: TCS's current hourly rate is $20/hour (see note below) with a one hour minimum charge and then one/tenth hour increments after the initial hour in any one day. This rate applies to grapics design, web page design and administration, and desktop publishing.
Note: These prices apply only to TCS's broad range of support services. Additional services that may be outsourced may incur additional charges. Charitable organizations receive a 50% discount on all standard services. TCS reserves the right to limit the number of charitable organizations supported.
